Our grass-fed beef tallow is the finished product of rendered animal fat sourced from the kidneys and loins. Surprisingly, tallow is incredibly similar to the chemistry of our own skin. This makes tallow highly skin compatible and allows it to absorb deeply. So, when conditions such as dryness, acne, or eczema arise, tallow can soothe the skin and provide the exact mineral requirements needed for optimal healing. Our tallow is anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory- some say tallow is nature’s moisturizer!

Calendula is a beautiful, daisy-like flower which blooms in various shades of yellow and orange. We have enjoyed growing our own calendula flowers for years. It is an edible flower and delicious in tea. Its flowerheads and petals contain a sticky resin which is renowned for its wound healing properties. calendula increases the skin’s healing velocity, promotes collagen and new tissue growth, and has a natural SPF of 8. We handpick our calendula flower at their peak and after fully drying them, we use a cold slow infusion method in grapeseed oil to extract all of its nutrients. This process takes months!
